Physicians' First Bancorp

Physician-owned banking

It's your capital. Own it.

Physicians in the US generate $1.6 trillion in revenue, yet the financial system behind healthcare is owned by others. Physicians' First Bancorp exists to change that by applying the ASC ownership model to banking.

Series A open to accredited investors under SEC Rule 506(c).

The borrowing reality

Physicians generate the value. Someone else owns the bank.

What a well-run practice actually pays for capital, and where that money goes.

The debt behind a modern practice

A mature 15-physician orthopedic group with two clinics, a majority-owned surgery center, imaging, and physical therapy typically carries about $41 million in debt: buildings, the ASC, equipment, and working capital lines.

The cost of that debt

At current rates that group pays roughly $2.9 million in interest in the first year alone, and $25 million or more over the life of the loans. Every dollar of it is paid to a bank the practice doesn't own, and it never comes back.

Your share of the interest bill

Split across 15 partners, that is a six-figure check per physician, per year, just to service interest. A single C-Arm loan now takes about 29 total hip replacements , while a PCP would have to see 217 level 4 office visits a year against a CMS fee schedule that is declining. You can own the bank that collects this much like owning your own ASC.

What the bank does

Built around the physician balance sheet

White-glove concierge banking

Banking built around the realities of a practice: lending decided by people who understand physician balance sheets, revenue cycles, and equipment economics.

Your capital, monetized for you

Interest becomes income of a bank you own. Earnings build retained capital and share value, and that capital finances the next physician project.

The investment process

Five steps, and you stay in control

A structured approval process designed for SEC Rule 506(c) compliance, accredited investor verification, and capital protection through escrow.

  1. Execute the NDA

Sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement right on this site. It lets us share offering documents and detailed financial materials, including our Executive Summary.

  2. Complete the 506(c) subscription

Review the private placement materials, declare your committed investment amount, and identify the 30% portion for escrow. No check is required at this step.

  3. Verify accreditation

Complete accredited investor verification through Northwest Capital via a secure link. It is a Rule 506(c) requirement, and Physicians First Bancorp pays all verification expenses.

  4. Fund escrow at West Bank

Send your escrow portion, 30% of your commitment, to a designated trust account hosted by West Bank. Funds are held in escrow and are not used for company operations.

  5. Review and decide

After regulatory milestones are achieved you receive updated capitalization numbers and a final opportunity to proceed with your full investment or withdraw your escrowed capital. You remain in control.

The partnership

The Physicians Nexus

The bank is one component of a larger physician-owned partnership already operating in Missouri: a health cooperative, a physician-governed captive, and the bank, coordinated so that care generates capital and capital expands care.
